Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional passionate about leveraging SAP HCM to drive digital transformation in HR processes. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and implementing existing HR customer processes within the SAP HCM system. Key duties include providing expert consultation on the design, implementation, support, and continuous development of complex SAP HCM information systems. A major focus is on development and customizing within core SAP HCM modules (PY, PA, PT) using ABAP, specifically implementing and realizing payroll-related schemes, rules, and interfaces. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of HR processes, IT-based HR solutions, and demonstrate excellent consulting and communication skills across all organizational levels. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, alongside a willingness to undertake project-related travel.
