Job Summary

The City of Neumünster is seeking a dedicated Team Lead for Digitalization and System Administration within their Finance Department. This role is a parental leave cover, part-time (26 hours/week), and temporary until November 2026. The successful candidate will be instrumental in leading a team focused on digital transformation within accounting and financial processes. Key responsibilities include overseeing the H&H pro Doppik financial software, conceptualizing and implementing digitalization initiatives, and managing various projects. Required Skills

Education

Civil service qualification for career group 2, 1st entry-level (formerly higher service) in General Services or comparable, OR completed degree in Information Technology or comparable, OR equivalent abilities and experience.

Experience

  • At least 3 years in digitalization and system administration
  • Professional experience in financial system configuration and management
  • Experience with OZG, DSGVO, and H&H rights concepts
