Job Summary

This critical leadership role involves heading the Municipal Holdings Management department for the City of Neumünster, acting as a central point of contact for administration, politics, and external partners. The Head will manage a four-person team, overseeing departmental finances, process optimization, and strategic goal setting in coordination with the department head.
