Job Summary
This full-time, permanent role involves strategically managing and advancing the Document Management System (DMS), specifically enaio, as a core platform for digital administrative processes within the City Administration of Neumünster. The administrator will ensure smooth operation, including monitoring, managing legally compliant archiving, and maintaining interfaces. Key responsibilities include integrating the DMS with OZG (Online Access Act) services and E-Files (E-Akte), optimizing specialist processes for efficient digital workflows, and coordinating projects for new functionalities and legal compliance. The ideal candidate possesses an IT-related university degree or equivalent professional experience (at least three years in DMS administration), strong analytical skills, and expertise in configuration, access management, and system integration. This position is central to driving the city's digital transformation and requires excellent communication and consulting abilities to support various departments.
Required Skills
Education
University degree with an IT focus (e.g., Business/Administrative Informatics) or equivalent completed IT vocational training and demonstrated equivalent abilities and experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in DMS administration and digital process design (minimum 3 years required as alternative to IT degree)
- Experience in legally compliant archiving solutions and document management processes (desirable)
- Experience in DMS platform administration (desirable)
- Experience in project management of digitalization projects in an administrative environment (desirable)

Additional
- Unrestricted full-time employment (39 hours per week) in the public service sector (TVöD/VKA pay grade 11) with a monthly specialist allowance.
