Job Summary

This role is for an Organic Chemistry Specialist responsible for the crucial technology transfer of new production processes from R&D into chemical production. The specialist will develop, optimize, and troubleshoot synthesis and purification methods for organic active ingredients, conducting and validating production processes from laboratory scale to industrial scale-up. A key aspect of the role involves ensuring strict adherence to safety standards, GMP/GxP regulations, and other regulatory requirements, including those from the FDA and USDA. The position requires close collaboration with various internal departments and international project partners. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in preparative organic chemistry and analytical techniques, particularly HPLC, coupled with excellent communication skills in both German and English.
