The successful candidate will develop and maintain data collection protocols and models for processing scientific data, working closely with laboratory experts, Data Scientists, and other stakeholders to meet data-related requirements. Key responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing data pipelines and storage solutions, ensuring data integrity, and promoting automation as a 'Digital Workflow Developer.' Candidates should possess a degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or Life Sciences with a focus on data technology, or relevant professional training combined with at least two years of experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong skills in Python, SQL, REST-APIs, and analytical thinking are essential for success in this challenging and rewarding position.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or Life Sciences with a focus on Data Technology, or relevant professional training

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Professional experience working with Python and SQL
  • Professional experience working with REST-APIs
  • Conceptual understanding of data aggregation and alignment
  • Experience in Biologics (Ideally)
