Job Summary

This role is for an engaged and experienced IT Administrator who will be responsible for the onsite support, maintenance, and development of IT systems, actively contributing to the company's digitalization efforts. Day-to-day tasks include providing local user support for hardware and software issues, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving system disturbances independently, and participating in the implementation of network, server, and firewall changes. The administrator will also manage user accounts, access rights, and the ticketing system, as well as perform hardware replacements, upgrades, and rollouts. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or equivalent qualifications, with professional experience in IT support, preferably in a production or onsite environment, alongside strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, common IT hardware, and network technologies.
