Job Summary
As an Automation Engineer, you will be instrumental in optimizing security operations by developing, maintaining, and enhancing content for SOAR platforms like XSOAR. Your daily tasks will involve creating and refining playbooks, automations, dashboards, and reports, as well as integrating with various security systems. You will focus on improving incident response times and overall efficiency within the Security Operations Center (SOC) by continuously enhancing existing playbooks and processes. This role requires close collaboration with SOC teams to identify new automation opportunities, document workflows meticulously, and ensure seamless integration of external security tools. You will also provide essential support for XSOAR-related issues, ensuring uninterrupted SOC operations. This position is ideal for a professional passionate about cybersecurity automation and process optimization.
