This role involves critical application support and development for the AnLei system and related IT systems, such as SAP and WinCube, within the LVR-Department for Children, Youth, and Family. The specialist will act as a vital bridge between IT and business departments, translating functional requirements into technical functionalities and structures. Key responsibilities include system administration, quality assurance through testing, generating reports, creating user manuals, conducting training, and contributing to ongoing IT development projects. The position requires a proactive individual who can take ownership, efficiently organize tasks, and collaborate effectively within and across teams to solve problems. Required Skills
Education
• Administrative Training Course II (Verwaltungslehrgang II) OR • Bachelor's degree or FH Diploma in: • Administrative Economics (Verwaltungsökonomie) • Public Administration (Öffentliche Verwaltung) • Statutory Accident Insurance (Gesetzliche Unfallversicherung)
Experience
- Ideally, at least 3 years of professional experience with AnLei IT procedures (especially billing tools), SAP, and WinCube
- Professional experience in applying IT procedures
- Experience and knowledge in the field of integration assistance services
