Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation and configuration of hardware and software, adhering to defined IT system infrastructure standards. Your daily tasks will include repairing existing components, providing first and second-level user support via phone and remote access, processing tickets within the system, and meticulously documenting all activities. There's also an opportunity to support IT operations from a home office when needed. This role is ideal for individuals with a technical background, strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and current IT hardware/software, and a willingness to travel within the region. It offers a chance to gain valuable experience in complex project environments, with opportunities for professional development and potential client acquisition.
Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or comparable qualification/professional experience in IT
Experience
- Initial experience in on-site IT support is beneficial
- Experience with ticket systems (SAP is a plus)
Languages
Additional
- Class B driving license required; Willingness to travel within the region (Ingolstadt / Munich / Regensburg / Rosenheim / Chieming / Übersee)
