The BFI Group, an established IT service provider in Germany, is seeking a Service Lead for 1st-Level Support in Bremen. This role involves active participation in operational 1st-level support for end-users, coordinating and structuring the Service Desk team, and ensuring high service levels. The successful candidate will be responsible for the professional development of the team, fostering best practices, and optimizing Service Desk processes. Key requirements include a completed IT vocational training, proven experience in end-user and 1st-level support, strong knowledge of MS Office and O365, and proficiency with ticketing systems.
