Job Summary
This role is for an Onsite IT Technician responsible for providing comprehensive IT support directly to end-users in Bielefeld. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating appointments, managing hardware (pickup, setup, delivery of PCs and mobile devices), performing network installations using Windows Autopilot, and conducting manual installation steps. The technician will also handle Active Directory object management, execute IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) processes for workplace IT, resolve issues via a ticketing system, and assist with minor IT rollouts. This position is ideal for someone with practical IT experience, strong hardware handling skills, and a customer-focused approach, offering valuable professional experience within complex project environments.

Education
Completed vocational training in IT
Experience
- Experience in scheduling and coordination with end-users
- Proficient in hardware handling (setup, dismantling, exchange, loan devices)
- Knowledge of network installations (Windows Autopilot)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory (object management)
- Experience with standard and special software installations
- Routine in using ticketing systems
- Basic knowledge in IT support and Servicedesk
- Experience with IMAC processes and rollouts
