Job Summary

This role is for an Onsite IT Technician responsible for providing comprehensive IT support directly to end-users in Bielefeld. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating appointments, managing hardware (pickup, setup, delivery of PCs and mobile devices), performing network installations using Windows Autopilot, and conducting manual installation steps. The technician will also handle Active Directory object management, execute IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) processes for workplace IT, resolve issues via a ticketing system, and assist with minor IT rollouts.
