Job Summary

This role is for a Technical Employee within the Authorized Bavarian Agency, focusing on user management for the Digital Radio for Public Safety Organizations (BOS). The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, testing, piloting, and implementing end-device releases for TETRA radios, as well as commissioning and administering software tools for updating BOS digital radio end devices. Key responsibilities include providing 2nd-level support for update systems and digital radio end devices through error analysis and user support, acting as a point of contact for 3rd-level support (device manufacturers), and creating test plans and procedures. The position also involves analyzing, reviewing, coordinating, and approving end-device parameters, conducting quality assurance, and serving as a liaison for internal projects and IT partners.
