The Partnership Manager will play a crucial role in fostering digital transformation within the German Armed Forces by connecting the Bundeswehr with the startup ecosystem. This position involves building and nurturing relationships with Venture Capital funds, innovation networks, and domestic and international startup communities. Key responsibilities include evaluating startup pitch decks, identifying technological potentials, and advising leadership on strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a background in business, technology, or innovation management, coupled with at least two years of experience in the innovation, VC, or startup sector. Strong communication skills, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams are essential for success in this impactful role.
Required Skills
Education
University degree, ideally in Economics, Technology, Innovation Management, or comparable fields
Experience
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in the innovation, VC, or startup environment, preferably with interfaces to public or military clients
- Experience in interdisciplinary teams
- Experience in managing complex, process-oriented tasks
Languages
Additional
- High willingness to travel to customer locations within Germany and to international partners.
