As an Industrial Cybersecurity Architect, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust security architectures for IT and OT systems within critical energy transmission infrastructure. Your daily tasks will involve integrating systems to deliver secure, turn-key projects, ensuring seamless and safe operations for clients. You will be responsible for developing cybersecurity policies, ensuring compliance with regulations like NERC CIP and ISO/IEC 27001, and creating cutting-edge security concepts for innovative development projects. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying vulnerabilities and continuously expanding your knowledge of IT and OT security trends. You'll collaborate across departments and apply agile methodologies like Scrum and CI/CD to manage features and backlogs, contributing directly to global project implementation and market needs.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering with a focus on IT Security, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Extensive professional experience in IT or OT security
  • Experience with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards (e.g., IEC 62443, CRA, NERC CIP, BDEW Whitepaper, ISO27001)
  • Experience with Firewalls, Intrusion-Detection-Systems, TLS/SSL, 802.1X
  • Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), including feature management, iterative planning, and backlog management
