Job Summary

The Process Manager will be instrumental in defining, implementing, and optimizing process standards and knowledge management concepts across production and administrative areas, leveraging modern technologies. Day-to-day activities involve coordinating with Process Owners on ongoing projects, conducting in-depth process analysis with production staff, and establishing process standards to enhance knowledge documentation and transfer. A key responsibility is identifying optimization potential, collaborating with Industrial Engineering and Lean Management, and leading productivity improvement projects, including conducting time studies. The ideal candidate must possess a technical background, extensive experience in a manufacturing environment, and proven expertise in process standardization, supported by strong analytical and communication skills. This is a crucial role for driving continuous improvement and efficiency within the Grid Technologies division of a global energy leader.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training and further education as a Technician specializing in Mechanical Engineering or Production Technology

Experience

  • Many years of technical experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Several years of experience in process standardization
  • Experience with MS SharePoint (Advantageous)
  • Experience with BPMN 2.0 (Advantageous)
