Job Summary

This role involves leading and developing a team focused on building automation, acting as the primary point of contact for team members, and ensuring the quality and successful completion of work results. The manager will be actively involved in the calculation, planning, awarding, and implementation of complex turnkey construction projects, providing expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle from initial assessment to successful completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building automation and control technology, with a focus on MSR and HLKS planning, and ideally some initial experience in technical team leadership. This position requires a proactive, independent, and organized individual with a strong customer and service orientation, contributing to the achievement of quality and performance targets.
