Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing technical building equipment (TGA) aspects within turnkey structural engineering projects for modern residential, school, and commercial properties, focusing on energy efficiency and sustainability. The Project Manager TGA is responsible for the technical and organizational leadership of the TGA systems, ensuring seamless project execution through diligent coordination with clients, authorities, specialist engineers, and project stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing scheduling, quality control, tendering, and awarding sub-contractor services, while also identifying cost savings and process optimizations alongside the overall Project Manager. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical, Supply, or Energy Engineering, or equivalent qualifications (Master/Technician), coupled with professional experience in handling building technical systems and solid knowledge of contract law and construction execution. This position requires strong communication, assertiveness, and negotiation skills to thrive within interdisciplinary project teams.
