Job Summary

This role involves supporting decentralized teams in optimizing the Environmental Management System (EMS) according to ISO 14001 standards within a leading European construction company specializing in future-oriented real estate. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting internal combined audits, supporting external environmental audits, and analyzing environmental data to identify key focus areas and implement improvement measures. A crucial part of the job is ensuring the effectiveness of these measures and assisting with building certifications, such as DGNB or BREEAM standards, and investigating the material properties of construction products. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field, possesses a strong interest in sustainable building concepts, and demonstrates structured work methods and strong communication skills.
