Job Summary

This leadership role involves spearheading an interdisciplinary planning team focused on integral execution planning for challenging construction projects within the field of civil and foundation engineering. The Team Leader will be responsible for defining structures, developing team talents, and fostering a collaborative environment, acting as the central liaison between planning, sales, and regional branches to ensure seamless coordination and efficient processes. Key responsibilities include managing personnel, overseeing quality and efficiency of planning processes, coordinating external engineering firms, and developing concepts for external facilities, drainage, and foundation systems. Candidates must possess a degree in Civil Engineering, proven professional experience in deep civil engineering planning, and strong leadership and organizational skills to strategically steer complex projects.
