Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smoothly functioning IT infrastructure for employees within an international manufacturing environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing on-site 1st and 2nd level support, assisting users with application issues, and installing and configuring software and operating systems, specifically Windows 10. You will also be responsible for setting up complete workstations, performing updates, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and meticulously documenting all technical steps taken.
