Job Summary

As an Automation Engineer, you will be instrumental in enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of security operations within a dynamic IT environment. Your core responsibilities will involve developing, maintaining, and optimizing content for SOAR platforms like XSOAR, including playbooks, automations, dashboards, and integrations with other systems. You will continuously improve incident response processes through automation, ensuring swift reactions to security incidents and streamlined workflows. This role requires close collaboration with Security Operations Center (SOC) teams to identify new automation opportunities and troubleshoot issues, ensuring seamless operation of external security tools. You will also be responsible for thorough documentation of workflows and technical implementations, contributing to knowledge sharing and long-term usability within the team.
