Job Summary

The City of Stuttgart is seeking an IT Services Project Manager to join its Department for Digitalization, Organization, and IT (DO.IT). This role is crucial for strategically shaping the city's IT service development, working closely with departments and leadership to derive and implement IT service strategies within the IT roadmap. The successful candidate will be responsible for the conception, implementation, and execution of strategic IT planning and control, as well as designing, introducing, and managing ITSM processes. This integrative position ensures a strong link between IT strategy, service portfolio, IT architecture, SLA management, and service provider control, supporting the digitalization of the city through optimized IT services.
