Job Summary

This role is for an IT Onsite Supporter to join one of Germany's leading IT service providers, managing over 600,000 IT workstations globally. The primary responsibilities include supporting IT projects, specifically hardware rollouts, and ensuring the smooth operation of diverse IT systems, particularly within the banking sector. Day-to-day tasks involve setting up and dismantling IT hardware, providing 1st and 2nd level support both remotely and onsite to resolve issues, performing error analysis, and maintaining asset data. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or a comparable qualification, with practical experience in IT system installations, rollouts, and support. Strong organizational skills, a team-oriented approach, and proficiency in MS Office and standard hardware are essential.
