Job Summary

This role is seeking an experienced Onsite IT Support Technician to join one of Europe's leading IT service providers on a permanent contract. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing crucial support for IT rollouts and performing various onsite IMAC services (Installation, Moves, Adds, Changes) for end devices such as clients, notebooks, monitors, and printers. Key tasks include installing, configuring, and replacing end devices, setting up and troubleshooting network connections, and conducting comprehensive hardware and software error analysis and resolution in strict compliance with defined SLA requirements. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, and possesses professional experience in user support and rollout execution, coupled with strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS Office. The position offers a regulated 40-hour work week, modern workplaces, and excellent opportunities for permanent employment with the client company.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification.
