Job Summary

This role involves providing critical IT support, focusing on hardware analysis, troubleshooting, and repair for standard and specialized equipment within a major IT service provider environment, supporting a key client (Bayer AG). Day-to-day tasks include maintaining individual devices, executing updates and patches, and performing IMAC-D activities (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission) including release management. The specialist will collaborate with vendors and provide technical consultation to departments, while also creating and maintaining technical and regulatory documentation, and assisting with risk management. Key requirements include a relevant IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), experience in hardware and software support, and technical proficiency in Windows 10/11 and MS Office 365.
