Job Summary
As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of dairy products, from raw materials to finished goods. Working in a 3-shift system, you will conduct chemical-physical, sensory, and microbiological laboratory analyses, meticulously documenting results and collaborating with various departments like Quality Management, Production, and Technology. Your responsibilities will also include supporting new product analysis within research and development, and contributing to the development and validation of new analytical methods. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Dairy Laboratory Technician, Agricultural Technical Assistant, Biology/Chemistry Laboratory Technician (BTA, CTA), or a comparable field.

- • Initial practical experience in microbiological and/or chemical-physical laboratory analysis
