Job Summary

The City of Dortmund is seeking a Project Manager for the "Sport Matches" initiative, a temporary part-time role (50% of full-time) until June 2028. This position is crucial for developing innovative strategies to connect small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with young people seeking vocational training, leveraging sports clubs as a platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining regional partnerships with SMEs, sports clubs, and business organizations, as well as developing and implementing event concepts and public relations strategies, including website and social media management (especially LinkedIn). This role requires a creative and proactive individual who can facilitate matching between companies and applicants, and support project controlling. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of sports club organization and the vocational training system.
