Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first and second line of support for IT workstations, including Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. Your daily tasks will involve managing various telephone systems, processing incidents and service requests through a ticketing system, and operating current Windows Servers. You will also handle user administration in Active Directory and Microsoft 365. This role offers the opportunity to participate in IT projects such as rollouts, migrations, and optimizations, and to train and advise users on various IT topics. This is a permanent position within a growing IT consulting firm, offering a stable and engaging environment where you can choose your work location.
Required Skills
Education
Vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Advisor, IT System Electronics Technician, IT System Salesperson, Service Technician IT, Information Electronics Technician) or comparable training/experience.
Experience
- Professional experience as an IT Service Technician or similar role
- Good knowledge of common Microsoft operating systems
- Experience in networking (switching and routing)
- Good knowledge of hardware, including peripheral devices

- Driver's license Class B
