Job Summary

This role is for an IT Onsite Technician based in Berlin, focusing on maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure for a leading engineering and IT company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the upkeep of printers and multifunction devices, including basic troubleshooting and network setup. Key tasks involve hardware installations and relocations, as well as new PC setups with operating systems and software. The position also requires diligent maintenance of the asset management database and performing software installations, both manually and via SCCM/AD. A significant part of the role includes providing remote and onsite support for hardware and software issues, meticulously documenting all activities in a ticketing system, and communicating directly with users via various channels.
