Job Summary
This role involves supporting the Information Security Officer in building, coordinating, and monitoring information security processes. The successful candidate will optimize the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and enhance emergency preparedness within the information security framework. Key responsibilities include creating policies, conducting risk and protection needs analyses, generating reports, and providing expert advice on information security matters. The position also entails leading IT projects related to information security, offering guidance and coordination for projects impacting information processing or security, and proactively collaborating with various departments, IT support, and external service providers. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Administrative Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, a Technician degree in Information Technology; or completed vocational training as an IT Specialist.
Experience
- Long-term professional experience in information security (for candidates with vocational training)
- In-depth and broad technical knowledge in server and network infrastructures, firewall, filtering systems, database management systems, and IT security
- Experience in organizing, approaching, and solving problems independently
- Demonstrated ability to show initiative and drive progress
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment beyond regular working hours
- Ability to identify important details while maintaining a pragmatic and flexible view of the bigger picture
