This role involves independently planning, leading, and documenting IT projects related to new IT services and infrastructure within the City of Ludwigshafen's IT department. The coordinator will be instrumental in shaping the future of the city's digitalization efforts, including Cloud, IT Security, and Administration 4.0 initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting preliminary studies, performing current-state analyses, developing concepts, executing cost-benefit and economic efficiency analyses, and creating technical specifications for procurement. Key qualifications include a university degree in relevant fields (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Public Administration) and proven professional experience in IT project management. Required Skills
