Job Summary

This role involves leading and coordinating the procurement activities within the Building Services department, focusing specifically on the tendering of services and internal contract management. The Team Lead will be responsible for the technical organization and coordination of the 'Building Services Procurement' tasks, continuously optimizing tendering processes (including contract drafting), and ensuring legal compliance. A significant part of the job involves conducting complex above-threshold tender procedures for various municipal services, such as cleaning, winter maintenance, pest control, and supply procurement for approximately 160 city properties. The ideal candidate holds a qualification in public administration (Verwaltungsfachwirt or equivalent) and possesses a willingness to quickly master public procurement law (GWB, VGV, UVgO). This position offers a stable, full-time, permanent role within the public sector, providing excellent work flexibility and development opportunities.

Required Skills

Education

Completed training as a Public Administration Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt/Angestelltenprüfung II) or completed training as an Administrative Assistant (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/Angestelltenprüfung I) with the willingness to complete Angestelltenprüfung II.

Experience

  • Professional experience in public administration (desirable)
  • Willingness to familiarize oneself with service tendering regulations (GWB, VGV, UVgO)
  • Experience in organizing and coordinating procurement tasks
