Required Skills
Education
Completed IT vocational training or comparable qualification (preferred)
Experience
- Professional experience in 1st & 2nd Level Client Support for Windows 10 and macOS
- Professional experience in 1st & 2nd Level Mobile Support for iOS and Android, including Mobile Device Management
- Experience with initial setup of new devices and data migration
- Experience in supporting end-users with IT hardware and software
