As an IT Service Technician in Munich, you will provide crucial on-site and field service support, primarily focusing on 2nd Level support for client workstations within an industrial group. Your daily tasks will involve troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, performing hardware installations and replacements, managing warranty claims, and conducting data recovery. You will also be responsible for dispatching and documenting all activities within a ticketing system.
