Job Summary

This role is for an IT Technician to join a Field Service Team within a law firm in Frankfurt am Main. The primary focus is on end-user support, handling incoming IT service requests from acceptance to documentation via a ticketing system. Day-to-day tasks include instructing users on hardware and software usage, performing troubleshooting and error correction, analyzing IT disruptions, and meticulously documenting all IT-related work processes. The position also involves organizing the setup, relocation, and dismantling of IT workstations directly on-site. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT-related education or comparable professional experience, good knowledge of common client peripheral devices, and proficiency in both German and English.
