Job Summary
This trainee program is designed for recent graduates in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics who are eager to launch their careers in hardware planning for energy and control systems, or in programming PLC controls for these systems. Participants will undergo an intensive eight-week program, learning hardware design and the EPLAN planning software, as well as programming and visualization with Siemens TIA Portal. The program is tailored to individual experience levels, ensuring a personalized learning journey. Upon completion, trainees will transition into roles as Electrical Planners or PLC Programmers, working on local projects. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, or Bachelor Professional
Experience
- First practical experience in electrical planning or PLC programming from studies or internships
- Initial experience from internships and/or a thesis in an industrial setting
