Job Summary

This Trainee Program is designed for recent graduates in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics looking to specialize in hardware planning for energy and control systems, or in PLC programming. Over an intensive eight-week program, participants will be trained by experienced professionals in electrical design, learning hardware planning and the EPLAN software, as well as automation programming and visualization using Siemens TIA Portal. Successful completion leads to a role as an Electrical Planner or PLC Programmer on local projects. The role requires strong German (C1) and good English (B2) skills, a team-oriented approach, and, for those focusing on commissioning, a willingness to travel globally.
