The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the city's employer brand, developing innovative strategies to combat skilled labor shortages, and adapting to evolving workforce trends. Responsibilities include leading a team of 35, driving strategic HR initiatives, optimizing departmental processes, and representing the department in key committees. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or equivalent in Administrative Sciences (e.g., Public Management, Public Administration), Law, Business Administration, or another suitable field. Alternatively, specific civil service qualifications (Laufbahnbefähigung for Laufbahngruppe 2, second or first entry-level) or a Bachelor's/Diploma degree with specific professional experience and willingness to undergo modular qualification.

Experience

  • At least two years of leadership and professional experience
  • Experience in project management and handling complex processes
  • Desirable: Experience in the HR sector
  • Desirable: Experience with committee work
