Job Summary
As a VIP Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for high-priority users, providing essential IT assistance predominantly in English. Your daily tasks will involve troubleshooting and resolving incoming IT issues via phone and written communication, both remotely and directly at the user's workstation. You will be responsible for configuring and installing PCs, workstations, and their peripheral devices, and collaborating with 3rd Level Support for complex technical matters. Additionally, you will maintain technical documentation within the ticketing system. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Advisor, IT System Electronics Technician, IT System Salesperson, IT Service Technician, Information Electronics Technician) or comparable qualification.
