In this role, you will be instrumental in the System Biology of Signal Transduction department, focusing on mass spectrometry data collection for computational models that enable personalized patient management. Your daily tasks will involve automated sample preparation using liquid-handling systems, conducting clinical proteomics measurements, and managing cell cultures and primary cells. You will also perform biochemical analyses, including quantitative immunoblotting and qRT-PCR experiments, ensuring meticulous quality control and data documentation.
