This role is for a proactive Desktop Support Technician L2 based in Marburg, Germany, responsible for managing hardware, software, and IT resources across multiple locations. Day-to-day tasks involve providing end-user support for Windows operating systems, Active Directory, GPOs, and Office 365, as well as troubleshooting hardware issues and managing mobile devices (iOS/Android). The ideal candidate will efficiently diagnose and resolve technical problems, manage Windows devices via Active Directory, and ensure device security through corporate encryption.
