Job Summary
This role offers a dynamic opportunity for a technically skilled individual to manage and provide both external customer support and internal IT assistance. Day-to-day, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, troubleshooting technical issues related to software and hardware products via email and phone, documenting solutions, and escalating complex problems to the development team. Internally, you will set up and manage workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals, maintain the IT infrastructure within a Windows environment, and provide first-level support for Microsoft 365 and general user inquiries. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset, eager to contribute to a collaborative team and shape the future of HR solutions.
Required Skills
Education
Completed IT-related vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Management Assistant) or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in technical support or a similar role
- Experience with internal implementation of new software solutions
