Job Summary

The Landkreis Uckermark is seeking a dedicated Digitalization Officer to support the Office for Technical Services and Digitalization. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing and overseeing procedures related to e-Government strategies and the Online Access Act (OZG). Your day-to-day tasks will involve contributing to the district's overall digitalization strategy, working with digital tools in an administrative context, and critically evaluating and improving existing digital processes. The ideal candidate will possess a background in administration or IT, strong communication skills, and a keen interest in continuous learning within the digitalization field. Required Skills

Education

Completed training as an Administrative Assistant or an IT-related education

Experience

  • Professional experience with digital tools and IT systems in an administrative environment
  • Knowledge in the digitalization of official processes and e-Government
  • Experience in implementing and supporting OZG services
  • Familiarity with legal requirements and technical specifications of the OZG
  • Experience in project management and process analysis/adaptation
