The administrator will be responsible for compiling, reviewing, and preparing relevant data, supporting timely application processes for reimbursement claims from entities like LASV and health insurance providers, and managing all related correspondence. Key duties include continuous data analysis, systematic data review, and generating actionable recommendations for improvement. The position requires strong administrative or IT qualifications, expertise in specific software like LogoData and NAVIGA, and knowledge of German social legislation (SGB VIII and SGB IX). This is a temporary, part-time position (31 hours/week) until October 31, 2026, offering a responsible role in a dynamic team environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Administrative Specialist, Social Insurance Specialist, comparable qualification for the intermediate non-technical administrative service, or a completed IT qualification. Knowledge of SGB VIII (German Social Code Book VIII) and SGB IX (German Social Code Book IX).

Experience
