Job Summary
Join a leading IT service provider as an IT Helpdesk Support professional, playing a crucial role in managing user inquiries and enhancing service quality. This hybrid position, based in Dortmund or Bochum with significant home office flexibility, involves handling support requests via phone, email, and digital channels, meticulously documenting issues in a ticketing system, and escalating complex problems to specialized departments. You'll also contribute to improving internal support processes and service standards, utilizing modern tools like chatbots and FAQ platforms. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration, initial experience in IT support, and excellent communication skills in both German and English, with an openness to digital tools and AI-driven applications.

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration)
Experience

- This is a temporary position for at least 6 months, with an option for extension. The role offers flexible working hours, including full-time or part-time (daily from 08:00 to 13:00). Location is Dortmund or Bochum office with a high percentage of home office.
