Job Summary
As a Service Desk Engineer, you will be a key player in supporting the IT operations of a fast-growing instant delivery service. Your daily tasks will involve providing 1st-level support for IT systems, managing hardware and software issues, and monitoring the entire IT infrastructure to ensure seamless business processes from order to delivery. You will serve as a central point of contact for recurring problems, collaborating closely with software development and IT operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who values automation, is interested in cloud technologies, and promotes a self-service and collaboration culture. You will also ensure compliance with IT security, performance, data availability, and backup standards, while actively resolving IT disruptions with an agile and responsible mindset. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or a comparable qualification
Experience

- Willingness to be on-call occasionally as part of a rotating schedule
