Job Summary

As a Senior Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and evolving the IT infrastructure for the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve the tool-supported acceptance, analysis, and resolution of disruptions within PC, telephony, LAN, and WAN environments. You will also manage IT equipment relocations, ensure adherence to response times, and provide second-level on-site support as a primary contact for users. This role requires active participation in IT infrastructure development projects and performing DGUV V3 inspections, including readiness for on-call duties.
