Job Summary

This role supports the digital transformation of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) by ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT services. The Associate Expert will be instrumental in the Customer Solution Land & Air division, focusing on operational, process, and organizational challenges related to digitalization. Daily activities include supporting the planning, organization, and implementation of complex projects, preparing and documenting crucial meetings and workshops, and creating detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. A core responsibility involves identifying and tracking risks, open issues, and dependencies to maintain project momentum. Candidates must possess a university degree or equivalent qualification and at least two years of relevant professional experience, ideally within the IT sector. Proficiency in specific IT tools like MS-SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence is mandatory, alongside strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
