Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist to join a renowned IT service provider in Munich, focusing on network and infrastructure maintenance for a long-standing partner in the media industry. The position involves managing IT tickets, prioritizing tasks, and adhering to SLAs. The specialist will provide competent and straightforward customer support, finding efficient and sustainable solutions to technical issues. A key part of the role includes configuring Microsoft Cloud solutions like Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure, as well as contributing to automation efforts using PowerShell and other tools. The ideal candidate will have an IT education or equivalent, strong knowledge of PC, server, and network environments, and expertise in Microsoft Cloud solutions and Active Directory, coupled with a high degree of service orientation.
